Cosmos Video internal:
In this case the video you give a see on the net is stored in the server of your website.
Advantage: the video reading is more fluid
Disadvantage: storing video take so much space, greatly increasing your monthly rentals.

Cosmos External Video:
In this case the video is placed on a dedicated server (yourtube,…). This solution is widespread on the net.
Advantage: storage on your server is reduced therefore more economical.
Disadvantage: reading is less fluid at all if the speed Internet use is small.
